The prices listed on the relevant catalogs next to each product include 24% VAT. For certain regions in Greece for which VAT rates are lower and if your order is invoiced then the prices of the products are lower than those indicated by the reduced VAT.
If any of the goods you ordered is not available, then we will contact you by email or phone to inform you of the possible delivery time. In this case, you can, if you feel that this period of time does not satisfy you, request the withdrawal of the order for the specific products.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
- Bank transfer
You may deposit the final amount of your order (including shipping cost) into any of the bank accounts which will be shown at the final step of your order. After transferring money, please contact us by phone or by sending an email to let us know that the deposit has been made in order to send your order.

- Credit Card
If you pay with a VISA credit card, then all transactions are made in the bank’s environment, thus providing maximum security. In this case you should be present when you receive your order with your credit card and your identity card.
- Cash on delivery
Products are shipped via courier forwarder and you pay the amount at the time of the delivery.

Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days under the following charges:
4,00€ to the weight of 2kgrs + 1,20€ for every extra kgr.
By a transport company (for heavy or bulky products only)
Our company packages and takes the products to the warehouse of the transport company without any charge on the buyer. Shipping costs are charged to the buyer. Cash on delivery cannot be combined with this delivery method. A money transfer to the bank must have been taken place before the shipment.
Delivery from our store
You may pick up your order straight from our store during our working hours (08:00 – 17:00), without any extra charge.
CANCELLATIONS – RETURNS
It is possible to cancel your order during the processing stage. If the order is canceled after the shipment, you will be charged for the shipping costs.

When you receive your order
At the moment of delivery, please check the number of packages according to the voucher of the carrier as well as their condition. In the case of an irregularity, please report it to the carrier, do not sign and inform us immediately. When opening the package, carefully check the content with the items of the document and in case of discrepancy, please let us know.
If you need to return a product
In all cases you have received wrong parts with responsibility of Agroparts or defective products or products of poor and quality, you can return them and request their replacement within 5 days of the date they were received. Products to be returned should follow the below terms:
- They should be in their original delivery status, including packaging box, instructions, and accessories.
- They must be accompanied by all the original documents (such as Delivery Note, Invoice, Retail Receipt, etc.).
- They should not be used.
- We should have a telephone or written communication about your intention.
The cost of returning the products is borne by the buyer. Agroparts is not responsible for any product damage during transportation, so we recommend you to check the products you receive.
